In both my professional and personal life, I embody a strong sense of discipline, dedication, and work ethic. This commitment extends to my daily routine, which includes adhering to eating healthy, working out 2 hours, intermittent fasting, and cold showers / plunges. Since commencing my master’s program in 2019, I’ve made an effort to track my daily study hours using a Google sheet, inspired by Cal Newport’s “Deep Work” concept. Despite occasional lapses in recording or incomplete entries, I’ve managed to log 1455 rows since 2019. These charts, while not entirely precise, exemplify my consistency and commitment to honing my craft. Notably, the hourly chart highlights Saturdays and Sundays as the days with the highest study hours. The below quote taken from “Deep Work” resonates deeply with me and holds increasing relevance with the rapid advances in AI.

To remain valuable in our economy, you must master the art of quickly learning complicated things. This task requires deep work. If you don’t cultivate this ability, you’re likely to fall behind as technology advances.

In a wild twist of fate, my journey into the mesmerizing realm of Bitcoin began in July 2020. All thanks to the one and only Peter Schiff, the renowned Bitcoin enthusiast, who made a grand appearance on Joe Rogan’s show. Now, I’d heard of Bitcoin before, but little did I know that this encounter would set me on a wild and thrilling adventure down the rabbit hole.

Just a few days after that fateful podcast, I couldn’t resist diving deeper. First, I subscribed to Schiff’s podcast and soaked in his wisdom-filled interview with pomp. And guess what? Like dominoes falling, I found myself subscribed to pomp’s podcast and, of course, enjoyed his captivating chat with Peter McCormack.
